MAINTAINING
SALE ORDER Samples:-
Before ordering any product a customer gets time to verify our products. Then he/she can ask for samples. If buyers need several types of samples
these can also be arranged for. Indexpo Corporation is responsible to send samples to buyers according to their requirements.
Samples will be forwarded to the buyer
on a "Freight to pay" basis. The buyer may
indicate the mode of despatch of the samples and may also
indicate the name of the carrier.
Sample Policy
To keep our overheads low & pass on the cost benefit resulting from this saving to our customers, we follow following sample policy.
1. We send all samples of regular products which does not involve development free of
cost to our existing customers.
2. We request our new buyers to bear the cost of the product and
the courier charges. Once
we transact business, we send samples with all cost including courier expenses to
our account.
3. In case of inquiries coming via website, we always ask the buyer to bear
the cost of the products and courier charges.
4. In case you are a new customer and you need to check our product quality, please give us your INTERNATIONAL COURIER ACCOUNT NUMBER with Fed Ex /DHL/UPS/TNT or similar courier to send samples on freight
to pay basis.
Order Processing:-
On
receipt of a Purchase Order complete with financial
arrangements acceptable to it, Indexpo Corporation will
initiate action for arrangement of production.
The actual
output, quality control, packing and shipment of the products
ordered will normally take about a month's time. For bulk orders
exceeding 1500 pairs it is suggested that a staggering delivery
schedule be indicated in the Purchase Order. It is to be mentioned here that
production and shipment might get delayed due to certain Acts of
God, natural calamities or due to any reason which are beyond
the control of Indexpo Corporation and the Force Majure Clause
as mentioned in the General Terms, shall apply in such a case.
Indexpo
Corporation does not carry products in stock generally. The quantity of adequate items in store varies from item to item. At times, due to heavy orders or production difficulties, certain products may be scarce.
In such a case Indexpo Corporation will notify the customer of any shortage in writing after
receipt of the purchase order, but before confirming financial
arrangements, quoting a tentative shipping date.
