MODE OF PAYMENT
We generally
encourage our buyers to remit full payment along with the
Purchase Order. This is because we have to pay substantial
advances to the artisans at the time of commencement of
production and shall have to make full payment before taking
delivery of the products for shipment.
For buyers who are not willing to pay for the goods in advance
we encourage the buyers to confirm financial arrangements through an
Irrevocable,
Confirmed, Revolving Letter of Credit, at sight with accepted
terms and shipment schedule, favouring "Indexpo
Corporation".
Should you so
desire, you may intimate us about the details of any inspection
agency who would like to inspect the materials before packing
and arranging delivery for shipment to our handling agents. The
costs for appointing such an inspection agency have to be on
your account.
Full Advance Payment
For orders of value less
than USD 10000, we accept only full advance payment as it
minimizes the bank charges involved in other methods of payment.
You may send payment by Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or Wire
Transfer to our Bankers under intimation to us. On request we
will provide you our bank details.
Part Payment in Advance
For larger orders, we can
take 80% value in advance. Balance payment is payable
before the shipment of materials.
Letter of Credit
For bulk order, we can
accept Irrevocable, confirmed Letter of Credit opened from
a Prime Bank acceptable to us.
We accept Account Payee Bank Draft/ Banker's Cheque or Mail Transfer, International Money Order or Telegraphic Transfer payable to:-

for credit to the Account of "Indexpo Corporation".

We do not accept personal Cheques.
We do not not accept a time draft / Post dated Cheque, since we have to pay our
producers / suppliers immediately upon delivery of the goods.
We will not encourage Blank endorsement on the shipping document.
This clause must be checked on all letter of credits at the time of opening the L/C.
We will ship through air freight, sea freight or parcel post as required by the buyer.
